Thank you for shopping with Fit Monk. As a 100% online storefront working directly with select manufacturing partners, we operate under a strict No-Returns policy.
Because our suppliers do not accept returns, all sales are final once an order has been processed and shipped. We kindly ask that you review your cart carefully before completing your purchase.
Damages and Issues
We want to make sure you get what you paid for. Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately.
To report a damaged or incorrect item:

Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item/packaging.
Once we verify the issue with our supplier, we will arrange for a replacement item to be shipped to you at no extra cost, or issue a store credit.
Cancellations
Because our system is fully automated to process orders quickly, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they enter our 3 to 5-day processing phase.
