2. Track Your Order

  • Once your package ships, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number.

  • Please note that we do not provide direct tracking links. To check your delivery status, simply copy your tracking number and paste it into the official courier’s tracking portal (such as USPS, FedEx, DHL, or your local postal service).

3. Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges and estimated delivery timelines for your order will be calculated and displayed dynamically at checkout, based on your shipping destination.

4. International Shipping

We offer international shipping worldwide. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fit Monk is not responsible for these charges if they are applied; they are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Missing or Delayed Packages

If you have not received your tracking number within 6 business days of ordering, or if your package is significantly delayed, please check your spam folder first, then reach out to us at fitmonk.support@gmail.com with your name and order number.
